The Great Burgee Drought of 2023 is finally over!! Our Burgees are here and available for shipping. For years we had a simple shell depicted on our burgee rather than a Conch Shell (as is clearly specified in our By-Laws).

Well—Thanks to the work of John and Beth Pohle (Elizabeth Anne) we now have a proper Conch Shell on our Burgee---- and--- life is Oh So Good!!

If you are owed a Burgee and have “patiently” awaited their arrival— your wait is finally over---- new Burgees will be shipped to you very soon—thanks to Sandy Meyer who has graciously taken charge of Burgee distribution for many years!!! Thank You Sandy for all your hard work!!!

Abaco Update—For the past two weeks, 35 knot winds have kept our Burgees waving very proudly on our bows!! Our brand new tent has held up very well and we continue to have cocktail hour—not even 35 knot winds have deterred this tradition!!

Eventually the Abacos will run out of wind and we will get back to our normal weather with anchoring out, hot dogs on the beach, bocce, pickleball and all our winter fun activities.
